We're excited to partner with our friends at Redemption Family of Churches for this trip. Salt Lake City has only one Southern Baptist church for every 40,460 people. And the number of evangelical Christians in the metro area is estimated to be 2.2 percent. During this trip you'll be involved in community engagement projects and sharing the Gospel with people who are longing to hear that Jesus provides perfect peace and hope! We'll also be helping Redemption Church prep for their Good Friday and Easter services while we are there as well.
This trip is only open to high school students and leaders.

Requirements
Prerequisites
- Background Check (if over 18)
- Meet with trip leader or SEND team staff member for a trip interview
Restrictions
- Must be an active member of Apex Baptist Church or be an active participant of another local body of believers.
- Must feel comfortable sharing the gospel and your testimony, or willing to learn and practice doing so.
- This trip is designed for students 14 year of age or older, and student leaders.
Preparation
- Read the appointed Missions book/materials for short-term trips (provided by Apex Baptist)
- Attend ALL team meetings/trainings
- Complete assignments given to you by your Trip Leader
