Clarkston, GA 2025 Mission Trip
This six-day Atlanta Mission Trip is an immersive experience at the Send Relief Ministry Center, allowing you to engage in refugee ministry as well as various ministry outreach projects throughout the Atlanta metro area. We will partner with SEND Relief to participate in a variety of compassion opportunities that can include apartment outreach, food pantry ministry, after-school programs, sports ministry, canvassing, prayer walking, homeless ministry, physical labor, serving at-risk families, and university campus ministry. About a third of the trip will also include aspects of training and equipping so that volunteers can learn how to better serve the international and refugee communities in their cities.

Requirements
Prerequisites
- Background Check (if over 18)
- Complete the Next Generation Volunteer process with Apex Baptist Church
Restrictions
- Must be an active member of Apex Baptist Church or be an active participant of another local body of believers.
- Must feel comfortable sharing the gospel and your testimony.
Preparation
- Read the appointed Missions book for short-term trips: Foreign to Familiar by Sarah Lanier (provided by Apex Baptist)
- Attend ALL team meetings/trainings
- Complete assignments given to you by your Trip Leader
